Exactly. I see this all the time. If you ever read old popular mechanics you
will see all kinds of amazing things that never surfaced. You figure out
pretty quick that things are more complicated when it comes down to creating
a product.

If you take a picture of a doughnut on edge with these devices, they don't
know that it has a hole. Or tasty sprinkles on the other side :)
