Several months ago, when I was writing in P3d about my research with
modified TDC116s and TDC716s, I was solicited in just that manner. I
asked for and was promised copies of the publication so that I could
write something approriate for that publication. The copies never
arrived. I would have to dig through the archives now to recall who
asked me to write something. In any case, my work load has increased and
I no longer have time to write in any detail. Some editor dropped the
ball.
