Not entirely true.  I've sent Kodachrome out (from here in Portland, OR) that
went to somewhere in the Seattle area where there's a Kodachrome minilab.
I vaguely recall that two or three of  the "new" Kodachrome minilabs are
on the west coast.  Don't know if Qualux mailers would go to one of those
or if they're just for retail and photo-store processing.

P.S. - I'm looking forward to trying the new Fuji Provia F 100 film both in
          camera and in home E6 lab.  It has gotten great 2D reviews.  :-)
