P3D Scanner for 3-D slides?

Is there a scanner available for PC's for use with slides, particularly
one that could be used with Realist format slides?  There would be
obvious advantages to producing hard copies which could be used for
making stereo viewcards, or simply to give a 2-D copy to a friend.  A
photo-quality printer would probably be required for satisfactory
results.
