P3D Re: FED BOY any good?

I bought one from the Ukraine, it arrived very quickly and, aside from a
loose wind lever which simply needed a bit of tightening, I am delighted.
The grocery lab is delighted as they find nothing mysterious in making
prints from the Fed's negatives. In my case I usually use manual
exposure, but when I have depended on the camera's judgement it has been
correct. People admire the photos, resolution seems good. I have taken
to carrying it with me everywhere. Another nice thing is the ease of
getting prints. I use it for family gatherings where no one gives a hoot
about 3-D but everyone wants copies. I paired it with an ancient Vivitar
automatic flash and they work very well together.
I does use up batteries, but they are cheap. And read the instructions
regarding setting the aperture.
