I found troubles in eBay until I discovered www.bidpay.com . Indeed best
bargains are usully from transaction with privates, not processing cards.
Since I discovered bidpay I started contacting the sellers and ask if they
would ship to Italy, granting them a prompt US money order.
In about 20 attempts I never got a denial. After the few auctions I won the
seller always reported very fast payment.

P.S. I've better not commenting one of drT's statements (or should I say you
