Is this an 'official' poll?  Can anyone set up a poll of the list at any
time or is something done by the moderator(s)?

This 'poll' question doesn't make any sense to me.  It appears to be three
separate questions but I'm only allowed one answer.  Personally, I don't
want to receive attachments from the list, I don't mind the Yahoo and Visa
ads at all, and I have no idea what 'retakes from previous posts' is
supposed to mean. 

Can someone please clarify?
