[photo-3d] hand tinted stereo cards

I hand tint black and white stereo views on Ilford FB
paper.  It can take over an hour on each side if it is
highly detailed (like a car with all it's chrome) but
on larger objects, it doesn't take nearly as much. 
But back then, when everything was hand made (and
don't be sending me an email telling me what day the
industrial revolution started, because you know what I
mean) labour wasn't as expensive as it is now.  I'm
sure they were all done by hand, because how else
could you do it, and have it archival to boot.
