Yes.  That is true.  However, some folks only accept Postal money orders
(which means they won't accept Bidpay money orders).  Some folks could
only want one dollar bills with sequential serial numbers.

Seller determines which payment methods are acceptable.  If you don't
wish to abide by their terms then don't bid on the item.  You certainly
can't "demand" that they accept that method if they don't wish to use
it.

Some folks don't want to mess with Paypal while others (like those of us
overseas) cannot use the service.  C'est la vie.  That's life.  Deal
with it and move on. :-)
