I've tried Kodak Professional Ektachrome E200 (aka Kodak Elite Chrome
200) in 120 format. I don't notice the grain (as compared to EPP),
but I don't recall if I've shown this film to others to get their
impression of the grain.
E200 has almost no measureable reciprocity failure. (Good for
astronphotography, which is where I first learned about it.)

I've seen some beautiful shots projected at the New York Stereoscopic
Society. I haven't used it myself.
If you do your own B&W processing at home Kodak sells a reversal kit
for T-Max 100 and others sell kits or have recipes.
