[photo-3d] Change of Plans

Last week, my wife and I had a great weekend planned.  On Friday, we 
were going to drive from Dayton, Ohio, to Columbus.  A friend of mine 
just received his doctorate, and we were going to have a little
party. 
 I had a stereo camera packed along with some stereo slides taken at 
my friend's wedding, five years ago, that he had never seen.  After 
the party we were going to retire to the Crowne Plaza in downtown 
Columbus, where I hoped to capture some hyperstereo pictures of the 
downtown buildings.

On Saturday, we planned to visit COSI (the Center Of Science and 
Industry), which is a really cool museum with plenty of picture 
opportunities.  Then, we were going to head north of Columbus to look 
for cameras at the Discovery Channel Store.  And we were planning to 
visit the 3-D IMAX at the far-north end of town.

So anyway, we were about 30 minutes out from home when my wife 
announced that we had to head back.  Can it wait?  No.  What about
our 
reservations?  Looks like we won't be able to make them.  Great.

We never did make it to Columbus.  I was a little disappointed.  But 
at least something good came of the whole ordeal:
