I was paging through the paper version of the "FUN STUFF
Toy & Novelty Catalog," when I ran across an item labeled
"3D Wizard Camera w/ Flash - $9.99 Each."  Here is the
listing from their online catalog:

Going back through the P3D archives, I gather that this camera is a 
Kalimar-branded ImageTech lenticular camera with plastic lenses and a 
fixed aperture.  This should not be confused with the ImageTech 3D 
Wizard which I think had three apertures and glass lenses.  Still, it 
looks like it is at least worth $9.99.
