What is the rationale for having exchanges with strict requirements (so 
many images per month, etc.)  Why can't we just have a mailing list for 
exchanging images electronically?  People could post or not, as they 
prefer, without having to keep up with some pre-set quota.  I have some 
images (people, places, etc.) that I'd be happy to share.  However, I don't 
want to set my schedule around having to have images done by a certain 
deadline, etc.
