Just a slight correction.  I think you meant "The answer is any 1 hour
labs that cares to."  I believe that you will find that a great many 1
hour labs will not do any custom work even if you can explain to them
(and have them understand) what it is that you want them to do.

Yes, there are 1 hour labs with good owners/managers or employees who
will go out of their way to do custom work, but they are not that
common.
