I picked up my set of the new Hologram postage stamps at the main branch of 
the New York City Post Office today.  They have a special philatelic window 
and I imagine you would have to go to a post office that also has such a 
department to obtain these stamps as they are not regular issue and are 
probably purchased almost exclusively by collectors, not that they can't be 
used if you wanted to.  My purpose in writing this is twofold: 
One is to say that these stamps are very well done and should not be compared 
to the hologram stamps of prior years.
Two is to tell everyone that I was informed that these stamps are of limited 
production and may be gone within a week or two.
So if you live near New York City you can go to the 34th St. Branch any day 
from 8AM to 6PM.  Although the Post office is open 24 hours, you can only 
purchase these stamps during the above hours.  
If you live out of New York City you may have to order by mail -- But 
Hurry!!!!
