In the past I have had 1-hour lab personnel tell me that they "could
not" center each chip in the carrier for this type of printing, since
their machines are so automatic. I suspect that this may not be true, if
they have the capability of making individual reprints, but I have also
had other labs that were willing to do it but wanted to charge reprint
rates for the prints rather than first-set-of-prints-with-processing
rates, due to the extra labor, and I guess I can't blame them. It *is*
"custom" work in the sense of the extra effort involved. -Linda
