Here's the text of the notice that was included with my last batch of 
Kodalux-mounted slides:

Thank you for your order.  Due to the high labor cost for the specialized
mounting of these films, the surcharges in addition to the value of your
Kodak mailer is as follows:

		24 Exposure	$14.00
		36 Exposure	$17.00

As a courtesy to you, we have handled your existing order under the old
pricing.  You may alos elect to have your film returned unmounted for
no additional charge.  Please make a not of the pricing for future
orders.  (MN residents add 7% sales tax.)
