One tip is to "pinch" the top and bottom ends of the rails
with the sharp end of the tweezers. Then they stay tight.

This tip is especially useful for those who use RBT mounts.
There has been at least one batch of 7p mounts where one
channel was rather wide, resulting in easily sliding rails.
