Try www.slides.com  They offer up to 4096 pixel wide resolution on a 35mm
slide.  I think it costs something like $5.00 per slide from Photoshop
files.

The recently posted VM template is one of the reasons I'm going to try it.
Slide recording is also the best option for anyone wanting to project 3-D
computer graphics.  There's also the ability to manipulate images.  Suppose
for example I had some beautiful slides of San Francisco and for some reason
I wanted to paste in "Welcome to New Jersey" road signs.  Jim Harp
