Don't know exactly, but the tabbed heat seal mounts go more quickly.

100%. My intention isn't to mount them (cardboard mounts) to
projection precision. I admit it. I'm simple. It just isn't a big
deal to me. I admire other people who do it that way. But, after I'm
done mounting the roll and take a look at the slides, I'm happy,
really, I'm happy. :) Isn't that what matters?

For the hand viewer, they're fine.
