[photo-3d] Night Shots

Taking night shots hand-held at 1/30th second with Kodachrome 64? What
are you photographing.....arch welding? :-) I've done extensive low
light shooting from cityscapes to fireworks, holiday lights, caves,
tunnels etc. A monopod is useless, foot through a piece of rope
questionable.....a tripod and cable release is the way to go. I have a
very small telescoping tripod from Ritz that extends approx 4 ft high
and is sturdy enough to hold the Realist. The tripod is small enough to
carry in a bag or on a belt loop. Much of my night work starts with
shutter speeds as fast as 1/2 sec. .:-)
