[photo-3d] Seton Rochwite Obituary posted

David Starkman wrote a wonderful obituary of Seton Rochwite, the designer of
the Stereo Realist and other 5perf cameras.  He illustrated it with 9 stereo
pairs.  I was able to edit it into a web page and post it, along with a few
more photos.
