Jon asked me to post this... he is having some problems posting....

>>Do not buy a 76 mm base RBT camera if you are currently using 1-5/8x4"
slide mounts, there is none for 8 perf slides.

This makes no sense at all? RBT "B" or 75mm camera users, who make up 95% of all US RBT camera orders, as well as twin rig shooters,
regularly use the 1-5/8x4"....or 41 x 101 mm RBT mount system (like dozens of users I know) , or Spicers from Paul Talbot (like Dr
Dave K) or Albions from Dalia (Like Dr T!) ....or smaller aperture 7 perf cardboard foldovers from Reel 3D or Dalia (and a cast of
thousand sing!).

Even a half frame mount can be used.

The statement at the top of this message seems to overlook the fact that cropping is required for mounting stereo images...in which
case and RBT Full 23 x 33mm mount is ideal, or 23 x 31.5mm wide....Euor 23 x 28....etc.
Without cropping...or the creative choices cropping allows.....projection and good window setting would relegate the shooter to an
extremely limited use, filed of image, and depth ratio, with ANY stereo on non stereo camera setup.

Even those who shoot and mount to 2 x 2's more often than not...use a mask to crop down from a 24 x 36mm exposure.
