Well Abram, I will have to study the rest of the your
posting more carefully but let's think about this
for a moment:

When I take a slide and I know it will be viewed in
a number of different ways, in a Radex viewer, in a
red button viewer, in a deWijs viewer, in projection
with people sitting at 2m from the screen or 20m
from the screen, with a 40" screen or 72" screen,
what is a conservative value of maximum deviation to
aim so my slide is viewable and enjoyable for a
wide range of viewing conditions???
