[photo-3d] Improved mounting with RBT jig

I have great news for anyone using the RBT jig to Spicer mount 
method and have had problems with not enough vertical 
adjustment. Previously you could only get 0.1mm of vertical 
adjustment by using the standard 0.05mm pin bar with one up 
and one down in the top rail - because you cut off the bottom 
(normally you can get a total of 0.2mm).

It seems RBT also makes 0.1mm and 0.2mm pin bars. With these, 
incombination with the 0.05mm, you can now have all the 
adjustments available to unmodified RBT mounts.

These pin bars are available in lots of 100 for $6.90 plus S&H 
from 3D Concepts.
