The 3D Greets product has generated some interest and it may be worth it for
us to do a 5-10m unit run and just stock them blank white.  The end where
the glasses are is twice the thickness of the rest of the card.  With the
lenses glued in place will there be a problem going through a printer?

Mark,
These look very interesting.  Have you considered selling just the blank
cards with attached glasses?  I'd be interested in purchasing a small
quantity (say 20 or so) of these.
