Mark,
A lot depends on the type of printer and the direction the stock is
oriented.  I would assume that a printer set up for hand feed would be
able to accept the cards.  Further, I personally would probably create
my design so I could pass the glasses side through first and then start
printing on the card stock.  This way the double thickness would pass
through first.

I have a pair of glasses that look similar to the "Blimpie" pair on your
web site.  If the glasses portion of the cards isn't much thicker than
this, I don't see a problem sending it through my printer.  In fact,
they might even go through my laser printer.  Hand fed of course!
