This does not accord with my experience. If a web page uses the
"pluginspage" tag, there is _no way_--without editing the page source to
delete the offending tag and re-loading it--for me to view the image if I
don't have the requisite plugin, whether or not I have a viewer specified
for the image format.
So please don't use this tag! Find some other way to inform people of the
existence of DepthCharge.
