[photo-3d] TDC Colorist 1

Hey folks! I have a TDC Colorist 1 that I've just purchased and it has a 
problem. The spool on the takeup reel seems to be able to rotate independant 
of the takeup knob. This means that I can't advance the film. Anyone have any 
insight into what the problem is and how I might repair it?
