This is as simple and as complicated as asking why everyone doesn't 
shoot in 70mm film rather than a camcorder? I assume everyone agrees 
that a 70mm film at the theater is better than a camcoder video on your 
TV?

I would be glad to elaborate, but I am sure everyone is aware of the 
differences between MF equipment and supplies and 35mm.
