[photo-3d] Realist heavier than Sputnik?

Brian post was about perceptions that are incorrect.
In this post he stated an incorrect perception:

When I had a Sputnik in my hands, I put both the
Sputnik and Realist on my postal scale and the
Sputnik was actually heavier!!!  

Now, how can a camera made of bakelite be heavier
than an all-metal camera?  I guess it depends on the
volume.  The Realist is more compact.  I can put
the Realist in my jacket pocket.  Same for the RBT S1.
I don't think I can do that with the Sputnik.
