On 12 Oct 2000, David himself announced availability of a monthly
series of his stereocards.  The announcement is archived at Marco
Pauck's site:

(but difficult to read because of the absence of carriage returns in
the post).  You can also log in to egroups and look up the announcement
from 10/12/00 in that archive.
