Is $349.00-$399.00 in that price range? If so the Epson 1640SU
Photo scanner will fit the bill. It is a flatbed scanner with
transparency lid that accepts up to a 4x5 neg or positive. It
has an optical resolution of 1600x3200.

I have done unmounted 35mm negatives, unmounted 120 negative
and positives, Spicer mounted 120 positives, Spicer/RBT/Glass
mounted 41x101 positives and all have come out great. Of
course the flatbed is great for prints also.

If anyone has any specific questions on this scanner please
write me.

That's all for now,
