i have a spicer jig and am quite pleased with it. with the high humidity
here in houston, my film tends to curl quickly after it is cut.
the jig has little rubber "feet" that stay secure on top of my light box.
i use a radax viewer (with the front panel removed) to view the chips
once they are on the spicer mount.

it works for me.....
