[photo-3d] Spicer Jig

The Spicer jig is a handy tool.........I wouldn't change a thing. IMO,
the Spicer jig is much easier than the RBT jig method.......but maybe I
haven't spent enough time practicing the RBT method.
Perhaps some are using the Spicer jig differently than I do? I turn the
jig " upside down" so the hinged flap swings toward me when opening,(
and away from me while closing the flap over the chips) Using an angled
light box, I simply slide the mount in, rest the chips along the rails
and set the window ( they stay in place by gravity) close the flap and
preview the result.........then tape only the top of each chip to
secure. I can mount most images within 20-30 seconds! The mount is taped
shut on the bottom edge, and has no effect on precision alignment in my
projector.....since the mounts are placed in the projector upside down.
Nothing could be simpler.
