[photo-3d] Holmes card to Realist?

Can anyone suggest a good method for converting 3.5x7" stereo cards to Realist
slides?  My best guess is to shoot with regular 35mm and be very careful about
masking.  I have a Kodak 35mm stereo camera, but don't see how I could use
that to shoot the images seeing as it isn't macro and would have viewer parallax.
