That's with regards to transactions where you are the seller.
How about transactions where you are the buyer?  Haven't
you ran into a situation where you were not satisfied with
the transaction?  

I personally have 4 negative and several neutral comments.  
All these are retaliation comments from sellers.  The first one 
hurts but after that you get used to them. :)  I have come
to the conclusion that at some point or another buyers will 
run into a situation where a non-positive comment is unavoidable.
Yet many buyers avoid giving non-positive comments because they 
are afraid to spoil their own record.  I feel that this is a 
weak point of the ebay feedback system.  Someone needs to warn 
the public about questionable seller practices.  Even if that
means spoiling ones own record.

No real relationship.  You can put a very short and
mysterious title to your auction and still generate
a lot of "curiocity" traffic but get no bids. Something
like "Best stereo camera accessory ever made" :)
