[photo-3d] Sniping doesn't work when eBay is down.

Even the best laid plans can go unfulfilled>  I just had several clients
tell me that eBay was down during the last fifteen minutes of several of my
auctions that ended on Feb 14 and that they were unable to bid even the
conventional way>> So Sniping can leave you with nothing !  If you want it,
bid on it and bid early !
