[photo-3d] Regarding slide scanners

I bought, cheap, a Slidescan.
It is the simplest piece of equipment I have ever seen or used.
I think the full retail price in the UK is around £52.
Just a simple piece of kit with two optical mirrors which reflect the 
light from a flatbed scanner through the slide or neg.
I nearly threw it into the garbage when I saw it, but decided that I 
should give it a try because one of our photographic magazines 
gave it 28 out of 30 on a test.
Well, much to my suprise it works.
Takes a bit of setting up initially, but the scans from my slides and 
negs are clear - sharp and amost colour perfect.
