I'm curious as to why a dedicated anaglyph conversion program is 
needed.  Wouldn't any graphics editing software that lets you 
manipulate the individual R G B channels suffice?  Making anaglyphs 
in Photoshop is so easy that I often make a few just for fun while 
waiting for other files to finish saving or printing.
