FYI, the little green USPS customs form that I use is marked "CN22 (old
C-1)" and "PS Form 2976 June 1997" and it has two columns for "detailed
description of contents" and "value (US $)", not two separate values as
Klaus mentions. One must also checkoff "gift", "merchandise", or
"commercial sample". -Linda
