[photo-3d] Is this really a STEREO camera?

It is not the first time that on eBay a mono camera is offered as stereo camera. But the seller of :
http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1414479941 is rather stubborn.
 I e-mailed  the seller  that this is probably not a stereo camera, but he let me know he is rather sure he is right.
Am I wrong?
