Sounds good George, I wouldn't mind donating $20
to help Grant try to get his RBT back, but I would
suggest he exhaust any other possible avenues
first.
You mentioned the person has a moral obligation,
BUT about legally? Isn't he still obligated to
return it? I would suggest Grant consult with a
good lawyer on this. Then again it might not be
worth the expense, I don't know.
The reason I think Grant would have a case is
what about those instances where an armoured
car looses bags of money on the highway. Over the
years on the media it's been reported how the
finders of those bags had to give them back.
Another example is banks making mistakes on
automatic teller machines, bank statements, etc.
In all those cases the lucky recepient is legally
supposed to give back the unexpected windfall. Or
is this not true???
P.S. Is the S1 cursed? Remebering Jean-Francois
Neron unfortunate incident with customs. I've
heard horror stories with customs seizing other
non-3D stuff but that is getting off topic.
