[photo-3d] Newbie

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the list and have some questions for the interested ones.  But let me first give you some background information.
My name is Brian Skyum and I've been a professional photographer specialized in travel-photography for over 3 decades now and have recently started to move my business online.

What I am actually trying to do at this point is to get in contact with other photographers who have had problems with customers to whom they sold (or tried to sell) their pictures. Personally, I've had nothing but problems; especially (or maybe I should say; only) with regard to payment.  Sure, everyone loves my pictures.  "Yeah, great work".  But when it comes to paying the bill, that's when the problems start.  Always excuses, postponing, unable to be reached etc., etc.
So that's my first inquiry.  Anyone out there with similar experiences?  Please, let me know.  The more I know, the more I can do about it because I AM GOING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!
Secondly, I would like to get in contact with other photographers who are willing to set up a PUB-SWAP with me (I'll have to disappoint the alcoholics who just jumped up, it's got nothing to do with beer).  
The only way that I can check that my clients are actually using my pictures the way they claim to (according to their user-reports) is to manually look at their publications (which are usually brochures, catalogues, guidebooks, magazines etc.)  According to the contract they SHOULD send me these publications but they seem to be increasingly more hesitant to do so.  I am primarily looking for people in Western-Europe right now but eventually I'd like to set up a global network (if such a network already exists, PLEASE, LET ME KNOW !!) .  What I would like people to do is to send me the catalogues which I request and in return I will do the same.  If I can not return the favor, I'm willing to pay all costs for the purchase and mailing of these publications.

I guess that's it for now.  I'll wait for the response which I hope I'll get.
