Yes, Grant, each lens focuses independently for use at time of setting up.
However, whether using RBT or cardboard mounts, the slide gate mechanism
pushes the slide-mount firmly against the back-plate and hard up one end for
good repeat registration. Because the slide is placed in the exact same
position every time, the auto-focus, if switched on, removes any need for
further manual focus.
BTW, how come you haven't studied the operating manual carefully? I notice
that you do say "my RBT 101". This is such a magic projector. Its so
professional.
