[photo-3d] Help! info on scanner?

It's my fault, it's my fault. But scanners, in my mind, were expensive 
apparatus only available for the fortunate people living in the U.S.
Now I receive, through a totally different list (on genealogy) the info 
that, at their boutique,  a scanner is available at around 200 USD., the 
"FilmScan 35". No further information as to the maker.
Did some members of this list use such a scanner, is happy with it, etc.?
