This is off topic, I apoligize.
Iwould like to know the US postal rate for a package under 2 lbs to The
Netherlands..
How much would be surface mail  and how much cost air mail? Is there a rate
in between, what we call "regular" mail?
A friend of mine would like to mail me a small parcel, but gets confusing
replies about the rates from his local postoffice.
