If camera synchronization is to be divided into types, I believe the Type 3
suggested in Ray Moxom's message should be two types. The electrical synch I
have experienced with two Ricoh XRX-3PH cameras has been very accurate even
when used at sports events.  I think it is superior to mechanical tripping.
