[photo-3d] Scanning slides in 41 x 101 mounts

I've had two filmscanners now - the first was an Epson Filmscan 200 (1200 DPI
resolution) and currently, I'm using a Polaroid Sprintscan 4000 (4000 DPI)

Both of these have slide carriers that hold the slides in a horizontal
orientation. Now, this is not only excellent for gatherind any dust in the
atmosphere :-( but also for modifying for 41 x 101 slide mounts.

In each case, all I've done is to remove the separator between two 50 x 50
mount positions, and put in some plastic to reduce the width of the channel
from 50mm to 41mm.

The slides just rest in the channel.

Obviously, the images have a different separation from the separation that
the original 50 x 50 slides would have had, but this just involves moving the
crop box between scanning the left and right chips.

Other scanner carriers have also been modified simply, but I can't speak
about that - I haven't done it!
