I think one way is to check the top outside edges of the screen to see
if it has begun to tear. If it has, you might want to try and take
the top bar off and cut off a bit of fabric and re attach it , or you
could try to repair or reinforce the edges. This is only conjecture,
but I think it might work.
After looking at my screen, I suspect that another cause might be that
the black paint along the edges of the screen causes the screen edges
to be slightly thicker when they ar all rolled up. Has anyone tried
heating up the screen with a hair drier and then cooled to see if they
shrink back?
